Dear CCM Chair and Vice-Chair(s),
As you are aware, we are working on evolving the CCM model to better deliver on the Global Fund Strategy 2017-2022. We thank you for your input during the first phase of this important project. It allowed us to align your needs and ideas with our policies, in order to achieve our common goal of greater impact.
We are pleased to share with you the updated CCM Eligibility Requirements for your comments, which must be received no later than the 5th of February, by email to CCM@theglobalfund.org. Kindly be reminded that we are adhering to tight deadlines as the requirements will be integrated into the “CCM Guidelines and Requirements” to be approved by our Governing Committees in early March. The final step will be submission to the Global Fund Board, during its 39th meeting in May of this year.
A detailed explanation of the Evolution process and description of the feedback we hope you will provide can be found in the attached presentation. Moreover, should you need further clarification, a telephone call will be held on either the 23rd of 24th of January– please let us know if you wish to participate and we will organize it accordingly. We would expect no more two participants per CCM.
